1. No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that you check product details, shades, and descriptions carefully before purchase.
2. Refunds (Only in Case of Defective/Damaged Products)
We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

After verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase.

Wrong product ordered by the customer.

Opened, used, or tampered products.
4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
