At Wigacure, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please ensure that you check product details, shades, and descriptions carefully before purchase.

2. Refunds (Only in Case of Defective/Damaged Products)
We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • After verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
